We’ve all heard that old analogy where you are waiting for a bus, and then two come along at the same time. Well, for fans of the Tedeschi Trucks Band, that rings true as the group prepares to release the first part of their new quadruple album project, I Am The Moon.

The beauty of the group’s latest offering is that it truly showcases the abundance of talent within the 12-piece musical ensemble. The release contains five tracks which each take the listener on a musical journey. None more so than the breathtaking twelve-minute epic Pasaquan, which perfectly encapsulates the essence of the group’s jam-band origins. Crescent is so good that it leaves the listener wanting more; thank goodness there are three more parts to come.
