A furious, tempestuous sonic stew as the noise-a-noise maelstrom that is Rats On Rafts smashes head on into the brass monkeys of De Kift. Two Dutch institutions and festival favourites have locked themselves inside a bunker studio and the fall out is 100% creational + 100% inspirational = quite sensational.

The two bands have collaborated on eachother’s back catalogues to add and tease new depths, shades and shadows from their songs. Recorded in glorious analogue, there is a purity of sound here as well as the bountiful energy and invention.

Riotous rhythms, guitars shredding, spreading and spitting sparks at the speed of light. Folk, dub, bass and masses of brass, a multi-dimensional fat of angles from a flat land.
