A polished collection of high-flying home-produced pop, emanating from a cabin in Georgia though Lannds hail from North Florida, Rania Woodard is on vocals and Brian Squillace on keys, with both take on the production duties.

There is a saturated wholeness to their compositions as evidenced in Vega’s boomingly big bass, K TOWN’s dreamy and drifting percussive pops or the multi-layered vocals and samples that form a complex backdrop in Overseas/BACK 2 U. Wish You Well takes that expanding sound to ever more exultant heights, awash in reverberation and reflecting faceted vocals, it’s a brightly lit shoegaze poppy highlight. If comparisons are required, think Jockstrap with an eye on the charts and you’re somewhat there.
