With an often-easy glide through highly defined electronic production, whimsical, daydreamed vocals capture hazy sunlit playrooms as you wile away the day humming and clicking to your own amusement. This is much more subtle than some of her previous output with Blonde Redhead that nonetheless resonates with astute power to emphasise its orchestral and musical inspired crescendos, Come Behind Me, So Good and the title track being perfect examples of her sweet-sounding craft.

Kazu has collaborated with Ryuichi Sakamoto and Ian Chang (Landlady) among others to nurture this, in her words “tender and strange” Adult Baby, a debut solo album which is a thing of beauty. This is going to remain on my playlist for quite some time.
