An unsophisticated innocence stalks knowingly throughout Empaths noise-laden jangly fuzz-out, where submerged in the mix is a lyrical poetry laced with nuance and feeling, clashing often discordantly with the ever-present energetic fervour and yet is defiantly harmonious as a whole.

Punctuated by incidental sampled recordings the listener (or are you the visitor?) is transported across gravel walkways between treasured performances like little art shows, pearlescent in the dark glowing, arcing, sputtering, distorted and beautiful in their flaws and transcendence. It took me a few listens to get it, but boy do I now get it! Visitor has me enamoured and full of appreciation for an articulate pop vision quite different from the musical throng.
