Even at 65, Bryan Adams shows no signs of slowing down, swinging his gloves from the off with the big riffing title track. Known for his soft rockers, there’s plenty on offer here, like the upbeat Make Up Your Mind, though there are misfires like the cringey stomp of How’s That Working For Ya?

Also famous for his ballads, again, fans won’t be disappointed with tracks such as the hopeful finale, Will We Ever Be Friends Again? He even takes a swing at politics on Life Is Beautiful which, in someone else’s hands, could be seen as naïve. But Adams has always been the honest boy on the block and this record will not see the old fighter lay down his gloves just yet.
