An immensely relevant new piece of theatre comes to ARC Stockton on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd November, as Virgin Territory arrives to tackle the role sexualised digital culture takes in our world today.

Shown on large TV screens, this new works sees four 12-14 year olds delivering daring performances alongside four adults in a daring and bold piece of theatre. With cameras a huge part of our lives now, how much does a camera constantly on us have on our sense of self-worth. When we share online bits of ourselves as we want to be ‘followed’ and ‘liked’, what are we really giving away?

Through thoughtful dialogue based on bold testimonies, this play takes a look at how we self-reflect and self-obsess, and how young people especially live in a social media world and how they cope in an adult online world, with all its dark edges.

Virgin Territory is at ARC Stockton on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd November.
