In a world where discussions about masculinity and patriarchy are needed, a new play sets about doing just that, as Two Man Show comes to Arts Centre Washington on Thursday 16th February.

The show sees two men playing two women, and there’s a real purpose behind it, as the Fringe First Winners of 2010 and 2011 use the playful piece to tackle gender and language. There’s music, dancing, and theatre which will prove to be a mesmerising watch. Centred on John and Dan, who keep hearing people say that men have all the power, but it doesn’t feel like that to them. They need not fear, as Abbi and Helen are have made just the show about Man and men they need. Because we all need to pull together now, and tackling the role of masculinity and finding new ways to do it shows just how important theatre can be.

Two Man Show is at Arts Centre Washington on Thursday 16th February.
