Having announced their move online this year, sonic innovators TUSK Festival today unveiled a further 14 artists due to perform across the two week event. Taking place from Monday 28th September-Sunday 11th October, the experimental festival will see a diverse range of adventurous sounds beamed directly to audiences.

Chief among the new additions to the line-up are New Zealand’s wonky rock ‘n’ roll trio The Dead C; musician and balladeer Gaelynn Lea; master of tones, loops and feedback, Aaron Dilloway; absurdist no-wave freak rockers Guttersnipe; this month’s NARC. cover star St James Infirmary; the limitless imagination of found sounds manipulator Chlorine; Welsh violinist and improvisor Angharad Davies; and Newcastle label Opal Tapes, who present a three act showcase including Lacrima, Sote and Thet Liturgiske Owäsendet. Additional performances come from Robert Ridley-Shackleton, Mousay Ahmed Elhassani, The Tenses, Laura Cannell, Evicshen and Crank Sturgeon.

The line-up already includes the likes of Jim O’Rourke & Eiko Ishibashi, Roscoe Mitchell, OOIOO, Yeah You, Angel Bat Dawid, Nihiloxica, Blom, Deathprod, Horse Lords, Maja S.K. Ratkje, Sarah Hennies and Lump Hammer.

TUSK Virtual is free to attend, ticket info will be released in due course.
