Trust Fund, the brainchild of DIY connoisseur Ellis Jones, are set to take over The Central, Gateshead on Saturday 7th November.

Ahead of the release of the band’s second feature-length release, Seems Unfair, this year, the Bristol natives are heading out on tour with scuzzy buddies, and fellow Bristol-based duo Alimony Hustle, who specialise in crafting Subways-esque, energetic and chunky guitar music, with a dreamlike twist that belies their lack of members.

Following suit from Trust Fund’s debut effort No One’s Coming For Us, the recent single (and first offering from the forthcoming album), Football, boasts all of the traits that Jones and his cohorts are now renowned for; the juxtaposition of sludgy, disgruntled guitar stabs and delicate vocal delivery, alongside covertly bitter and brutally honest lyrical content. Be sure to catch their niche blend of heartfelt slacker pop before their inevitable rise to cult stardom.

Trust Fund and Alimony Hustle play The Central Bar, Gateshead on Saturday 7th November.
