Originally planned to take place on 22nd-24th May, This is Tomorrow Festival will now take place in Newcastle’s Exhibition Park from Friday 14th-Sunday 16th August, with all original tickets remaining valid.

Headliners Sam Fender, Gerry Cinnamon and Royal Blood will appear across the three days. It’s a welcome bit of good news for our region, as many creative businesses, musicians and artists face up to the challenges ahead.

Event organiser Steve Davis of SSD concerts, said: “Taking the current circumstances into account, we’re delighted to keep the line-up intact by working quickly. By acting as quickly as possible and responsibly, we have ensured all artists are available on a date later in the summer when we hope the current situation has passed so we can move on and deliver the event we initially intended to. We urge the public to support music events that do go ahead where possible as we navigate through this difficult period.”
