Vici Wreford-Sinnott is a critically acclaimed disabled writer and theatre director, who has an immense love for Teesside. So much so, that she’s preparing to give something back, drawing people in to the amazing community spirit of the area.

The Saltburn-based creative is organising an all-day event called the Spirit Of Teesside at Stockton’s ARC on Wednesday 26th September. The event offers up space and stalls to local community groups, and those in the disability, caring, educational, health, creative and voluntary sectors as well as theatrical performances.

Including two shows of new play Occupation by Vici and disabled writer Pauline Heath, it’s a day to mark the gift in telling stories from those in Teesside. Showcasing the community spirit within the region and talent and love for theatre, this event that shows the strength and creativity on offer in the region.

Spirit Of Teesside is at ARC, Stockton on Wednesday 26th September.
