With an electronic sound that rises and falls, emotive lyrics and a powerful vocals combining together in contemporary rhythm and blues, SoShe are due to unleash their EP Volume 2 in a unique fashion. Before the online reveal, a listening party will preview the release, in way that is truly collaborative. Recognising the value in an artistic and creative collaborative approach, this event will involve the creation of a piece of artwork centered around the band logo, designed by creatives and artists alike, within the region. From here SoShe’s identity will be disseminated as musicians, as their audience becomes involved with their sound and their image.

As shown with tracks from the Volume 1 EP, including ‘Something About The Way,’ that sees the layering of sounds that lyrically articulate the mystery a person can create around them, and the track ‘XO,’ with its echoing guitar, emotive vocals and percussive rhythms, SoShe create music that is incredibly dynamic.

The SoShe listening event and EP launch takes place on Saturday 5th September at the NewBridge Project, Newcastle. They also play at the Boiler Shop Steamer before the event, at 5.15pm.
