Hailing from Charlotteville, Virginia in the USA, Sons of Bill have come to establish themselves on our shores following the release of their acclaimed EP Sirens, garnering interest on both sides of the Atlantic with a brash rock sound reminiscent of an early era Kings of Leon. Their Virginian roots can really be heard, with harmonies and banjos combining with a raucous rock sound to give us a group known for it’s road dog work ethic and fiery live performances.

The band first came to the attention of the North East of England following a successful tour last February, and return to our region as part of a world tour to accompany their long anticipated new album Love and Logic which promises to showcase a more self-reflective side of the band but still with the same energy that has come to define them. The gig promises to be an exciting night of music from a band described as a delightful surprise.

Sons of Bill play The Cluny, Newcastle on Friday 20th February.
