With the PUG nights continuing to go from strength to strength in bringing some truly mesmerising performances to Newcastle, they’ve now decided to go even further in their carefully curated nights by putting out an opportunity to artists of any discipline to have the chance to perform at their nights.

The next PUG takes place at Tyneside Irish Centre in Newcastle on Friday 1st December, and solo artists are encourage to apply for the chance to present a 10 minute performance. More details on how to apply can be found here.

As something of an extra bonus too, PUG founders, curators, hosts and talents Hannah Walker and Rosa Postlethwaite also welcome back the return of COAX. A weekly club where anyone can share their bite-sized creative responses to a theme. Working across mediums again, it’s a chance to give a bit of focus to barely formed ideas and show them off and flesh them out.

Applications for submissions to be part of December’s PUG close on Friday 13th October and COAX returns on Wednesday 4th October.
