Northern Exposure made their introduction to the burgeoning electronic music scene in Newcastle back in June with their first event, a free entry night at The Tyne Bar featuring Ako and Tunnel Club.

For their second outing, Northern Exposure arrives at Think Tank? Underground (also known as the downstairs of The Head of Steam, for those who like their names less confusing) on Saturday 30th September with another double-dip for all you dance fans.

Excitingly, for this outing they’ve also secured the services of Hexham native Sandy Quigley, aka Xaatu. An exciting new producer who’s been receiving praise and attention from BBC Introducing and Evolution Emerging amongst others, his bass-heavy, R&B influenced variation on electronica is as sleek as it is exciting. Having dazzled audiences at shows with the likes of Machinedrum and established a prolific remix schedule, Xaatu’s headline set is a great chance to catch this exciting north-east producer in action.

Tunnel Club return to open the evening, bringing their take on house and techno to get your feet moving before Xaatu’s set starts.
