An incredible evening of alternative and utterly fascinating music, art and comedy is set for a date with The Old Police House in Gateshead on Thursday 11th August. Nijinsky’s Asylum have fused a bill together from some of the most unique acts around.

Wevie Stonder frontman Mr Vast comes to the North East for the very first time, and it all forms part of his UK Tour. The dark clown is now based in Berlin and will be igniting his imagination and that of those in attendance, through brilliantly experimental music. There’s support from comedian Ben Lowes-Smith, doing something that’ll really stand-out, with inventive intelligence and smart laughs. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s the off kilter electronic music of Waskerley Way and the slightly tortured though utterly bewitching songs of Kieran Rafferty. Between acts, you will have  the chance to peruse the latest visual works of peculiarity by local artist Barry Fox. It’s a Thursday night guaranteed to be like no other.
