Reliably informed

Even with technology throwing up endless opportunities and there being more people than ever populating our little planet, meeting the right person is still way harder than it should be. My Romantic History tackles that very subject, as it explores what it’s like to find romance and it runs at Newcastle’s Live Theatre from Thursday 19th April until Saturday 12th May.

The award-winning play from writer D.C. Jackson has been specially adapted for the North East run, and follows three thirty somethings that show there’s two sides to every romantic story. With a vivid script brought to life by Amy McAllister, Bryony Corrigan and Brian Lonsdale with expert direction from Max Roberts, the whirwind romance of characters Tom and Amy brings plenty of comedy in an original play that really captures something we’ve all been through.

My Romantic History is at Live Theatre, Newcastle from Thursday 19th April until Saturday 12th May.
