Brighton five-piece Fickle Friends, already firm favourites of Zane Lowe, Billboard and BBC Introducing, embark on their debut UK headline tour this month when they will be bringing their infectious synth-pop to Stockton’s Ku Bar on Friday 4th March.

Debut single Swim was a delectable summertime Soundcloud smash, while their first EP proper, Velvet, which is released in May, adds a more mature edge to their unashamedly eighties grooves. Following their last visit to the region at Twisterella Festival in October, the band have consolidated their position as one of the hardest working groups on the indie circuit.

With frontwoman Natti’s dreamy vocals and the band’s trademark staccato guitars, their live shows are known for their party vibe so expect dancing and confetti canons all round. With the ink barely dry on a new Polydor record deal, another busy summer of festivals already planned and an album in the pipeline be sure to catch them now.

Tour support comes from Glasgow pop-rock curiosities Monogram and local faves Be Quiet. Shout Loud!
