The festival raising money for Ouseburn Farm last year was a huge success, so 2018 sees them doing it all over again, with Farm Aid II. The key part of the Ouseburn Valley is a quite brilliant community-led project that sees people from all walks of life working together. The festival welcomes some talented musicians and takes place at Cluny on Sunday 22nd April.

The farm exists as a charity, so the generosity of others is a key part of their survival, and unfortunately due to a deficit in funding, its long term future isn’t a secure prospect, so this day of music and activities is a critical event. Last year sold out, so make sure you snap up your tickets here for a line-up that includes Maximo Park’s Paul Smith, dreampop faves Headclouds, Shamu, Idle Hands, Grey Tapes, Ceitidh Mac and Blackflower.

Farm Aid II is at Cluny, Newcastle on Sunday 22nd April.
