The Endless Window nights had a blistering 2015, bringing together some of the most interesting, unique and all round awesome bands you could see on one bill, and playing some of the best music to dance until late too, with some wonderful DJing. Their eclectic bills have been a highlight of the North East music scene, and they close out 2015 with something very special indeed, as on Wednesday 30th December they bring Festive Window to Head Of Steam.

There’s another diverse bill on show here, headlining the night are Nano Kino, the new project from Duncan Lloyd of Maximo Park; expect dark, ethereal, intricate and experimental pop. Joining them on the bill are Slow Decades, who’ll provide lots of melodic loveliness. There’s also the wonderful, quirky, folksy Outside Your House and hip-hop influenced electronics from Waskerley Way. To round out the night as usual, the Endless Window DJs will be spinning a diverse mix of alternative and party classics, from post punk, indie, psych and many more genres.

With all profits going to The Refugee Council, there aren’t many better ways to spend that Christmas money Grandma gave you.

Festive Window takes place at Head Of Steam on Wednesday 30th December.
