A charitable university society from Durham University is set to present new night DECIBEL, bringing fresh sounds and exciting new music talent to the North of England. DECIBEL will pump a shot of indie-fueled pop into the Durham music scene and is set to be one of the largest live music events the city has seen in recent times, all thanks to COCO Society Durham. COCO. is Newcastle-based charity which aims to provide sustainable sources of education in East Africa.

The show is set to happen at the iconic Dunelm House (the Durham Students Union building) on Sunday 25th February, and features the North East debut of Motherhood. The Scouse four-piece have garnered a great many fans through their danceable, rhythmic indie, and they’ve been making waves since their arrival in 2016. Featuring some Durham-grown talent too, this is definitely going to be a top time in aid of a very good cause.

The DECIBEL charity gig is at Dunelm House, Durham on Sunday 25th February.
