Darlington collective Tracks have once again teamed up with Darlington Borough Council to relieve the boredom of lockdown with their Darlo@Home livestreamed shows.

The streams have been running via the Tracks Facebook page since April, with a host of locally-based musicians performing to a worldwide audience. “It’s good news that lockdown is starting to ease, however the live music world is still a long way off starting up again.” Tracks’ Rob Irish says. “These streams are a brilliant way for music lovers to stay connected to live music, discover new musicians and share an online experience with friends.”

Performers taking part in June include folk-influenced ‘piano-botherer’ Zarahruth (4th June, 7pm); Americana-fuelled musician JP Riggall (7th June, 7pm); alt. rock project People Poems (11th June, 7pm); accomplished songwriter Hayley McKay (18th June, 7pm); art rock multi-instrumentalist Dilettante (21st June, 7pm); Tracks’ own Sarah Wilson, who performs under the Big Little Gigs banner with a ukulele set for youngsters (27th June, 2pm) and melodic popster Finn Forster (27th June, 7pm).
