One of the most popular venues in the North East has been given a major sprucing up following investment from Camerons Brewery. Cluny and Cluny 2 will have over £80,000 spent on upgrades to the PA and lighting systems, with the major investment set to be an extra boost to the already thriving Ouseburn hot spot.
Respected as a special music venue, it has played the role of main venue for both Evolution Emerging and NARC Fest, as well as welcoming a raft of incredible touring bands, huge names and given rise to some top North East talent. One of the key places in the region, making the Cluny even more iconic is no mean feat, and the effort is set to be appreciated by many. A role as not just a hub for live music, but as a craft and cask ale bar with some incredible food has the Cluny fulfilling a role as a welcoming home for many. The new PA and lighting system is installed now, just in time for a raft of awesome shows to come throughout the upcoming months, and for all the details on gigs to come, check on Cluny’s website here.
