Beer + music + comedy = what’s not to like? The highly successful Ale & Arty festival returns to Stockton’s ARC from Thursday 19th until Saturday 21st February, bringing some top notch boozes and quality entertainment to liven up your month.

The festival offers ale (and perry, cider and lager) lovers a huge range of tipples alongside live music and comedy. After Thin Lizzy tribute band Limehouse Lizzy kick things off in raucous style on Thursday 19th, fast-rising comedy star Jason Cook hosts a Catch 22 stand-up comedy event on Friday 20th which also features Paul Pirie and Charlie Baker; while on Saturday 21st Stockton’s pub-based male voice choir team up with Teesside’s tribute to the Housemartins and Beautiful South for Songs In The Key Of Ale. Expect beery renditions of skewed Heaton/Abbott ‘classics’ Old Red Eyes, Back To Happy Hour and more.

Bottoms up!

Ale & Arty takes place at ARC, Stockton from Thursday 19th until Saturday 21st February.
