Much-loved Ale & Arty Beer Festival is back for 2018. The annual festival offers up a wide selection of quality ales from fruity and fresh, malty and smooth to dark and bitter, there is a taste to please even the most discerning drinker. It all takes place at ARC in Stockton from Thursday 22nd until Saturday 24th February.

All taking place over three days, ale and art lovers are catered for with the perfect marriage of tasty tipples and top class entertainment in this extremely popular event. Just in case you can’t be tempted by the dozens of ales ready to be decanted into your Ale & Arty glass, a well-stocked selection of perry, cider and lager will be ready at the pumps.

Friday also welcomes some top laughs, as compere extraordinaire Matt Reed hosts a sold-out show featuring big laughs for Catch 22 Comedy which is detailed here. Circuit favourite Ian Stone is joined by up-and-coming talent Lloyd Lanford for an amazing night of giggles.

There’s also music on show, as the 2018 line-up is rounded off by Big Red & The Grinners. Featuring banjo, accordion, double bass, acoustic guitars and percussion, the band move seamlessly through well known tracks, and really need to be seen and heard to be believed.
