He’s joined by an incredible line-up of funny people, with Kai Humphries, David Haddingham and a mystery guest still to be announced. Tickets and more info here, and before the show, we found out a little bit more about Mr Willis…

So, tell us a bit about yourself and what you do?
I’m a stand-up comedian, 5ft10 and 45 years old, as a middle aged white guy, I’m not exactly one in a million, but I reckon I’m at least 1 in a thousand, give or take a hundred or two..

What’s the first record you ever bought?
Prince Charming by Adam and the Ants, I was 8 and considered no-one to be as manly as Adam Ant, I also loved Freddie Mercury for the same reasons.

What’s your guilty pleasure musically?
I’m currently finding it slightly uncomfortable to admit that I find Justin Beiber to be quite catchy, I’m singing along to most of his latest stuff..  Then again as a lifelong Michael Jackson fan, I’m not exactly straying far from the tree musically.

Favourite film of all time?
Ferris Buellers Day Off, “Life moves pretty fast, if you don’t stop and look around every once in while, you could miss it”, if anyone’s ever needed a good excuse to pull a sickie, this film will provide it..

Your guilty pleasure film?
My 4 year old daughter gets to choose a movie every Saturday night, last week it was the My Little Pony Movie, I openly admit, I enjoyed it right the way through. Give me a sonic rain-boom right now, it’ll cheer me right up..

If you could recommend one TV series to binge watch, what would it be?
The West Wing, greatest TV of all time, and there’s 7 seasons of 22 hour long episodes to get through, so that should do you until April.

Your favourite book?
Superhero Dad by Timothy Knapman and Joe Berger, I read it to my Daughter 3 or 4 times a week, it puts Dads in a really good light.

Who or what makes you laugh the most?
There’s nothing like a well placed fart, the most basic of all humors, look at any photo of a group of people and imagine what would happen in the next moment if someone let loose a proper Bronx cheer..

Who or what makes you sad?
I used to be bullet proof, but since becoming a Dad, I’ll cry at Home and Away, never mind the end of the Green Mile, I’m now a complete soft-arse.

If you had super power, what would it be?
It’s classic for me, the ability to Fly, this would save me an age just getting to gigs, and a fortune in International air fares.

And finally, you get to play a board game with any three famous people from history, who do you choose and what’s the board game?
Michael Jackson, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Timmy Mallet, we’d play snakes and ladders, a game of complete random chance, thus beers wouldn’t affect my ability to play, and with those three, I’d want to be having a few beers.
